Group Information Security Risk Management Expert

We are looking for an expert who will help identify, track, and mitigate information security risks across the entire MOL Group. This role combines cybersecurity, compliance, and audit expertise to ensure successful external audit results and regulatory compliance.

Group Information Security Risk Management Expert

Location: MOL Campus, Budapest

• Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of critical information security risks across MOL Group.

• Lead the planning and execution of external audits related to information security and IT compliance.

• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors.

• Track audit findings and ensure timely closure through corrective actions.

• Prepare and present audit status reports to senior management and governance committees.

• Collaborate with the MOL Group Cyber Security Risk and Compliance team.

• Maintain dashboards and reporting templates for risk and audit status. 

• University degree (Economics, IT, or Law).

• 5+ years of experience working in IT-related environments or with IT stakeholders

• Proven experience in information security risk management and compliance within technology-driven organizations.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams; multinational background is a plus.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Fluent in English

• Preferred: ISACA CISA or ISO27001 Lead Auditor certification.
