Group Central Finance Manager
 

Work location: MOL Campus, Budapest (on-site)

As Group Central Finance Manager, you will lead a team of ~5 professionals and play a pivotal role in MOL Group’s financial governance. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Manage and coordinate annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Group.

• Performance Reporting: Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on corporate performance for top management.

• Decision Support: Deliver proactive, high-quality analyses and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

• Process & System Development: Drive continuous improvement of controlling methodologies and related IT systems.

• Leadership: Ensure team development, succession planning, and a customer-focused, sustainable operation.

We seek a highly motivated, experienced finance leader who thrives in complexity and wants to make an impact. Ideally, you bring:

• Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.

• Experience: Minimum 7–8 years in finance, including at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.

• Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

  • Solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and planning processes.

  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Service- and process-oriented approach with high accuracy and time management.
