German speaking Service Desk Agent (24/7)

Task:

  • Handle end user calls and web queries in English and German
  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer
  • Precise administration
  • Act as primary contact between customer and resolving group
  • Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases
 
**This role requires work in 24/7 environment, work on national holidays (as allowed by local regulations)**
 

Expectation:

  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in German (Austrian dialect is advantage)
  • are a fresh graduate or have High School degree
  • advantage but not a must: have some experience in customer service or in IT Help Desk
  • have desire to learn - no IT background required, training will provide the necessary technical knowledge
  • are open to work in shifts
  • have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
