German speaking Service Desk Agent (24/7)

Task:
- Handle end user calls and web queries in English and German
- Act as the first point of contact for the customer
- Precise administration
- Act as primary contact between customer and resolving group
- Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases
**This role requires work in 24/7 environment, work on national holidays (as allowed by local regulations)**
Expectation:
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in German (Austrian dialect is advantage)
- are a fresh graduate or have High School degree
- advantage but not a must: have some experience in customer service or in IT Help Desk
- have desire to learn - no IT background required, training will provide the necessary technical knowledge
- are open to work in shifts
- have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
- are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
