We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Intern to join their Dispatch team in Budapest.
This position is not a traditional call center role — it combines customer support and operational coordination tasks in an international B2B environment.
  • Acting as first point of contact for B2B customers via email (approx. 80%) and phone (approx. 20%)
  • Handling incoming requests and dispatching cases to the appropriate internal teams
  • Creating and managing tickets in internal systems
  • Preparing quotations in ticketing systems and/or SAP
  • Maintaining customer databases and equipment records
  • Supporting internal partners and field engineering teams
  • Performing administrative and coordination tasks within the team
  • Active full-time student status
  • Availability for minimum 30 hours/week, preferably almost daily presence
  • Commitment for at least 6 months
  • Confident German language skills (minimum strong B2 level), written and spoken
  • Confident English language skills (minimum B2 level), written and spoken
  • User-level MS Office knowledge
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
  • English CV required
