We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Intern to join their Dispatch team in Budapest.
This position is not a traditional call center role — it combines customer support and operational coordination tasks in an international B2B environment.
We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Intern to join their Dispatch team in Budapest.
This position is not a traditional call center role — it combines customer support and operational coordination tasks in an international B2B environment.
Tasks
- Acting as first point of contact for B2B customers via email (approx. 80%) and phone (approx. 20%)
- Handling incoming requests and dispatching cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Creating and managing tickets in internal systems
- Preparing quotations in ticketing systems and/or SAP
- Maintaining customer databases and equipment records
- Supporting internal partners and field engineering teams
- Performing administrative and coordination tasks within the team
Requirements
- Active full-time student status
- Availability for minimum 30 hours/week, preferably almost daily presence
- Commitment for at least 6 months
- Confident German language skills (minimum strong B2 level), written and spoken
- Confident English language skills (minimum B2 level), written and spoken
- User-level MS Office knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- English CV required
