We’re Hiring: eSignature Customer Support Representative
Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a supportive, international environment? We’re looking for an eSignature Customer Support Representative to join our team and play a key role in delivering great customer experience.
Job details
- Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Work mode: Hybrid (1 day/week in office)
- Location: Budapest, Hungary, 9th District, Mill Park office building
- Working hours: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00)
Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone and email
- Resolve and escalate eSignature-related issues
- Proactively identify bugs and product improvements
- Meet SLAs and deliver outstanding customer experience
Your profile:
- 1+ year experience in Technical or Customer Support
- Advanced understanding of SaaS model and API solutions
- Strong communication skills, fluent English + French
- Customer‑first mindset, problem‑solving attitude
- Salesforce experience is a plus
