Responsibilities
- Hiring and training Food and Beverage department staff
- Overseeing staff performance in all technical and non-technical aspects to ensure standards of
- quality and service
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and policies
- Responding to customer complaints and special requests
- Organizing, supervising and coordinating Events as Banquets, Dinner and Lunch
- Controls costs of all food and beverage outlets by assisting management, as requested, in
- purchasing, inventory management and maintaining effective profit and loss controls and monitoring labor costs
- Creates, maintains and distributes weekly schedules for staff and communicates changes as
- appropriate to all.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in managing food and beverage or similar role
- Customer oriented approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must, Spanish is preferred
