• The right track record to take on this challenge of looking after the entire F&B operation on the service side – Restaurants, Meetings & Banquets, Room Service, Executive lounge and occassional outside catering events
• A minimum of 3 years F&B management experience, preferably in a 5 star hotel
• Excellent English language skills. Knowledge of French and/or German would be a plus but is not essential
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• The ability to train and develop the team for them to further themselves and their careers
• The passion to motivate the whole team to provide exceptional customer service and to increase the customer satisfaction in all areas of the Food and Beverage offer.
• An interest in the well being and satisfaction of your team.
• The ideas and creativity to improve Revenue generation in line with the hotel’s positioning and through this the profitablity of the Food & Beverage Outlets as well as through good cost management
