Employee experience & dialogue expert
Responsibilities
- participate in the continuous development of the employee dialogue framework, with the aim of enhancing the OTP employee experience
- collect employee insights: design and manage surveys via the Qualtrics platform, including but not limited to 360-degree assessments, engagement survey, regular questionnaires related to specific points of the employee lifecycle (e.g. candidate and onboarding experience, exit survey etc.), and ad-hoc surveys regarding wellbeing, trainings and other topics relevant to OTP employees
- test and implement new listening tools and solutions
- create reports and dashboards based on the survey results, communicate insights to leaders
- advise HRBPs and leaders on results and action plans
- co-operate with external experts and partners
- understand and follow the latest trends in Employee Experience (EX) and listening space
Required knowledge, skills and experience
- college or university degree
- 3+ years of working experience
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills, in English and in Hungarian
- good general technical skills, ability to quickly understand and master complex softwares (no programming necessary)
- a firm grasp on the basics of quantitative research methodology (no statistics necessary)
- stable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- ability to learn new skills using online resources and own initiative
- attention to detail

- result orientation, responsibility
- positive attitude, ability to effectively cooperate with other colleagues
Advantage when applying:
- experience in positions related to Human Resources (especially HR Business Partner)
- experience with Qualtrics, or other online survey platforms (Glint, SurveyMonkey, LimeSurvey etc.)
- a background in quantitative research
- statistical knowledge
- experience working in a multi-national working environment
