Responsibilities

Strategic Corporate Engagement

Actively engage with senior corporate leaders across the Hungarian market to understand business, leadership, and organizational development needs.
Conduct high-level needs assessments and diagnose organizational and talent challenges.
Position the University as a strategic partner, not a training provider.

Value Proposition & Solution Design

Translate corporate needs into tailored executive education, leadership development, and organizational development solutions.
Work closely with faculty and academic leaders to shape relevant, market-driven offerings.
Develop compelling value propositions that combine academic excellence with real business impact.

Business Development & Partnerships

Build and manage a portfolio of strategic corporate partnerships, including long-term, multi-program relationships.
Lead negotiations and follow through on complex deals, from initial engagement to delivery and renewal.
Ensure commercial sustainability and growth of the executive education portfolio.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop a small team (3–4) of sales / business development professionals.
Set priorities, coach performance, and ensure professional account management standards.

Teaching & Thought Leadership (Optional but Highly Valued)

Contribute as a lecturer or facilitator in selected executive education programs for corporate managers and leaders.
Act as a thought leader in executive development, leadership, and people management topics.

Internal & External Representation

Represent the University in senior-level corporate, professional, and industry forums.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on market needs and trends.

Requirements

Experience
Senior professional experience (typically 15+ years) in one or more of the following:

HR leadership roles in complex organizations
Executive education or corporate learning
Management consulting or advisory services
Senior B2B professional services sales
Proven track record of selling complex, high-value services to senior decision-makers.
Demonstrated experience working with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of leadership development, talent management, and organizational development.
Extensive and active network of current corporate leaders in the Hungarian Market
Personal brand and strong reputation

Skills & Capabilities

Strong commercial and strategic mindset; thinks in value propositions and impact, not products.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to bridge business needs and academic expertise.
Confident senior presence with high credibility in executive environments.

Education

Master’s degree required.
Background in HR, management, business, or related fields.
Teaching experience and the willingness to teach executives is a strong advantage
