Responsibilities

Ownership of Yettel’s digital touchpoints within assigned area and responsibility for their business results
Shaping and continuous evolution of the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the assigned area
Monitoring KPIs, customer behavior, feedback, and market trends and turning insights into improvements
Leading the development of new digital features from initial business need and business case through concept creation to detailed requirements
Ownership and prioritization of the development backlog based on business value, customer feedback, technical considerations, stakeholder needs, and strategic objectives
Close collaboration with business and technology teams throughout delivery, tracking progress and service quality, and supporting issue resolution
Presentation of roadmap priorities, quarterly plans, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and management
Continuous improvement of agile ways of working and keeping up with digital industry trends

Requirements

College or university degree
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in front-end system development
Practical experience with Agile ways of working and project management
Strong customer- and market-focused mindset
Advanced written and spoken English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Collaborative approach to teamwork
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, set priorities, and effectively manage complex digital initiatives
Basic level use and confident integration of AI tools into day-to-day work
