Developer and Support Engineer

The position will be responsible for a variety of engineering activities including the design, development, and deployment of solutions in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality standards are being met within the existing and planned framework. Ensuring that all environments are managed appropriately by reviewing and submitting the proper change requests to maintain proper environment versions of tools and software along with managing deployment activities.

• Working with other Developers to assist and develop solutions based on user requirements.
• Conduct tasks related to applications development, establish, and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs.
• Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
• Support activities for all environments.
• Must have experience with both Machine Learning and Python which is a key responsibility.
• Ensure that all documentation is managed and updated as required.
• Manage projects end to end by working with developers on solutions and deliverables for clients and other assigned activities.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
