Responsibilities
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a strong technical background to join our team supporting advanced dental X-ray inspection systems. In this role, you’ll be the face of our service organisation—installing, maintaining, and optimising our systems to ensure customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. You’ll combine hands-on technical work with customer-facing communication, ensuring every installation, repair, and upgrade is completed efficiently and professionally.
The job is on-site at Duna Tower, 1138 Budapest (home office is not possible)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair X-ray inspection systems at customer sites
- Perform upgrades and deliver hands-on training to customers
- Generate detailed service documentation, including reports and protocols
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommended service solutions
- Provide remote troubleshooting and support via phone or online tools
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers to resolve system issues
- Maintain accurate customer records, service tickets, and knowledge base entries
- Own and follow up on open issues after installation or upgrades
- Offer feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed
- Assist with spare parts identification and order processing
- Provide technical input for aftermarket product quotations
- Develop and share user manuals and troubleshooting guides
- Deliver training to distributors and the regional service team
- Support product demonstrations when required
Requirements
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, and service mindset
- Solid background in electromechanical systems
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent English knowledge in both written and verbal form
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient PC and software skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Nice-to-have
- Prior experience in the dental industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn about our products
- Knowledge of other languages
- Hungarian Driver’s License
- Has a passport valid for at least 6 months in order to visit events outside of Europe
