Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- End‑to‑end order management, including among others processing, and follow‑up of customer orders, order acknowledgements, and deliveries in SAP.
- Full ownership of claim management
- Investigate customer complaints
- Escalation management
- Coordinate internally with Sales, logistics & quality
- Ensure fast & structured resolution
- Daily communication with your assigned Customers and Vendors, with internal customers, distributors and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data reporting in SAP/CRM systems
- Keeping job-related documents and databases up to date.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective phone and email communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
- A collaborative mindset and strong team spirit
- Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
