Due to our company’s continued growth and expansion, and in order to reinforce our Customer Service in Brügg, we are currently recruiting a professional for the temporary position asCustomer Service Representative 100%(temporary contract until December 31st, 2026)Job DescriptionHandling questions and complaints from customers, providing information on delivery times and stock situationOrder processing and follow-up in contact with our Shipping departmentAnswering and forwarding incoming emails and phone callsProviding certificates of origin and documentationInvoicing, credit notes and price controlBackorder management (inform the customers and collaborate with our production for new delivery dates)Follow-up and maintenance of goods returnsNew customer opening creation and maintenance in our ERP systemManage appropriate filing system related to auditing requests and export document controlYour profileCompleted administrative/commercial education (or similar) as well as several years' experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization.Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred.
