Customer Sales Support Representative – 14th District – flexible home office (location: Budapest)
Innovative outdoor gear designer and distributor company is looking for a German speaker Customer Sales Support Representative colleague. They have a strong presence in Europe and has been also operating in Hungary for more than 4 years. You could participate in not only operational, but also process improvement tasks and support their German-speaking customer portfolio. In this position you could use your German and English skills on a daily basis mainly in a written form (around 90%), as they are supporting their clients via chat, email and social media.

Job summary:
- Manage incoming cases to their customer support (by email, chat and social media channels)
- Support customers regarding product-related questions
- Proactively help their customers and participate in internal process improvement tasks
- Bring customer insights and feedback to the E-commerce team
- Be in contact with internal departments and collaborate with the Team Leader
Key requirements:
- Advanced or Upper-intermediate German and English skills
- 0-3 years experience in customer service or a similar role
- Customer Service experience is a plus
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, open-minded attitude
