KDB Bank Európa Zrt. Is looking for an employee in the position of
Compliance Officer
Tasks:
- Management of the daily operation in line with the professional standards, cooperation with the business areas, supervision thereof and advisory activities
- Representation in several procedures at authorities, liaison and coordination with them and the supervisory authority
- Achievement of fraud prevention tasks
- Management of complaint handling in-house and towards authorities
- Management of AML activities
- Management of subordinated employees
- Registration and management of internal regulations
- Following regulatory - and legal environmental changes and sending information on these findings to the relevant units of the employer
Requirements:
- Appropriate College or University degree
- Excellent English knowledge (both written and oral – daily working language)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Knowing the regulations applicable to credit institutions
- Working experience in similar position
- Reliable, hard-working personality with diplomacy, flexibility, and the ability to successfully interact with employees at all levels of the company
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Experience in the compliance field (5+ years)
- Ability to communicate professionally with senior management
