Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Support annual compensation cycles including annual salary review, ShortTerm Incentives, ad hoc positioning analysis and market benchmarking
  • Conduct job evaluations, maintain the company’s global Job Architecture and grading structure.
  • Ad hoc reporting and collaboration for Ecovadis certification
  • Support in preparing compensationrelated budget inputs and market data.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and digitalize Global HR processes.
  • Promote compensation governance, policies, tools, and communication materials across SPS

 

HR Analytics

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools.
  • Serve as the contact person for global HR colleagues for reporting and KPI support.
  • Ensure strong data governance by performing data checks, standardizing processes, and improving data quality.
  • Ensure alignment between Global HR reporting and processes.  
  • Support predictive insights, such as turnover analytics, pay equity analysis, and workforce cost analysis.
  • Build new KPIs aligned with SPS global HR strategy.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field 
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, Finance, Data Analytics, or similar fields.
  • Experience with compensation processes and reporting, job evaluation, and global reward frameworks.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI, etc.
  • Job evaluation methodology (Mercer, Korn Ferry) / Mercer tools WIN.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong interest in datadriven HR.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
