Main tasks, responsibilities:
- Global Market Benchmarking:
- Compensation and benefits benchmarking for the Automotive Technologies segment across all relevant markets
- Analyze global market data and provide insights to maintain competitive positioning and compliance
- Responsible for the market data delivery process
- Global Harmonization Projects:
- Support the global implementation and roll-out of the job architecture framework within Automotive Technologies
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption across countries
- Support in the conception and establishment of the running process
- Segment Compensation & Benefits Operations:
- Manage annual compensation processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles) for the Automotive Technologies segment in line with global guidelines
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with local regulations across multiple geographies
- Prepare regular reports on compensation metrics, pay equity, and cost analysis for leadership decision-making
- Participation in the development and establishment of new C&B products
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners, Global Operations & Digital Solutions on compensation-related topics
- Collaboration & Governance:
- Ensure consistency and alignment of global policies
- Contribute to global projects and initiatives within the Compensation & Benefits domain
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a global or regional role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with global market data and benchmarking tools
- Experience in global projects and change management is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (esp. German) are an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
