Serving as the primary point of contact for operational matters with corporate clients and software partners
Managing day-to-day operational issues and liaising with Professional Services team and IT departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Developing processes and guidelines relevant to the team
Utilizing strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to deliver exceptional service and support to customers

Fluency in German and English
Technical (IT) or commercial knowledge
Experience in customer service or support with a technical or professional service focus
Experience in payment transactions, financial messaging, corporate treasury, SWIFT, or treasury software
Proficiency in telephone and written communication with international business customers
Strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and ability to work independently under pressure
Ability to work in a 12-hour shift schedule
