Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local, national, and international employers across various industries.
Consult with employers to understand their hiring needs and advise on effective ways to connect with Corvinus students and graduates.
Liaise with employers to develop collaboration frameworks that ensure ongoing engagement between the University and employers, supporting continuous access to talent pipelines.
Support employers in enhancing their campus engagement and visibility through campus recruitment activities, job postings, internships, career events, and more.
Streamline current employer collaboration practices (Career Newsletter, employer events, etc.) to enhance student and graduate employment outcomes.
Organise and facilitate employer engagement activities that foster collaboration and improve student employability and career outcomes.
Keep up to date with labour market information, trends and legislation through independent research.
Conduct research on careers paths and support organisations relevant to the Corvinus student community
Create student talent portfolios that highlight the knowledge, skills, and competencies developed across relevant academic programmes
Provide guidance to students and graduates on CV writing, job search, job application, interview preparation, career planning through both one-on-one and group sessions.
Contribute with ideas and content for career resources and materials (articles, social media posts, handouts, web content)
Work closely with academic departments and professional services to ensure alignment with goals regarding employer relations
Track and analyse employer engagement data to identify growth opportunities and measure impact
Contribute to the university’s reporting activities regarding students’ and graduates’ employment outcomes

Requirements

University degree
2-3 years of experience in career services, human resources, or other related fields
2-3 years of demonstrated experience in employer relations
Background in career coaching
Experience in career advising and guidance for students (advantage)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated experience in research, report writing and industry analysis
Presentation and public speaking skills, strategic planning and decision-making ability, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organised, flexible
