Responsibilities
Drive transformation as an Agile HR Business Partner (m/f/d), delivering strategic HR execution where it matters most!
Mission:
As part of the People Organization, the Associate Director, Agile HR Business Partner (m/f/d) contributes to organizational growth and employee engagement by delivering strategic execution and project-based HR support across markets, regions and functions. By design, the role will be focused on Germany as a priority and available to support other International markets and/or cross functional initiatives. This role will report directly to the Director, Strategic HR Business Partner Germany.
Summary of this Role :
- Assigned to provide strategic support and guidance to the most critical business and HR priorities aligned to People Strategy – with CoEs, PS
- Extension of the local strategic HRBP
- Assigned "on demand" to collaborate with leaders or cross-functional teams to support planned projects, initiatives or programs at global, functional, regional or local level (from local reorgs to global functional projects, like NCM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Priority execution: assign to senior business leaders to deliver people and organization solutions in support of their strategic business contributions
- HR Strategy Execution: Collaborate with HRBP, CoEs, People Services and business leaders on HR strategy execution.
- Global & Market Strategy Deployment: Plan and implement People strategies deployment aligned with business needs.
- Initiative Execution: Support HR initiatives such as but not limited to restructuring, talent management, and engagement improvement.
- Project Participation: Join cross-functional/regional projects to address priority issues.
- Collaboration: Work across countries and teams to respond to dynamic business environments.
- Insights & Advisory: Provide people and business insights to HRBP, CoEs, People Services and business leaders for execution of projects and implementation.
- Enable Agility: Foster organizational agility through flexible HR support and strategic problem solving.
- Support Change Management: Drive change initiatives and cultural transformation.

Requirements
Core Qualifications:
Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
- Demonstrated experience in business priority delivery (e.g., workforce planning, change/ transformation, workforce design)
- Proficiency in project-based HR delivery across markets or functions (e.g., reorganizations, talent programs, engagement and culture initiatives)
- Experience collaborating with works council/Betriebsrat, centers of excellence (CoEs) and people services in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of German labor law and co-determination; experience with works councils is beneficial
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical plans and measurable outcomes
- Well versed in agile/lean methods to deliver quickly and effectively.
- Fluent German and English (written and verbal)
Functional & Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field required
- Proficient with PowerPoint/Excel, Teams/SharePoint, HR systems, i.e. Workday/SAP SuccessFactors and AI
