Responsibilities

Maintain structured records of supplier / sales invoices and payment statuses.
Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
Support repayment discussions when needed.
Generate and maintain financial reports aligned with corporate deadlines.
Compile inputs for P&L, IDL, and other management reports.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Identify, explain, and document variances in financial results.
Monitor the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Implement controls to reduce errors in data entry and reporting.
Perform regular cross-checks to detect inconsistencies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal standards.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support decision-making.
Act as a reliable contact point for customers on invoicing and payment topics.
Support continuous improvement of finance-related processes.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in accounting, controlling, or financial analysis; logistics background is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
