• Handle inbound and outbound interactions with B2B customers
• Provide technical troubleshooting for mobile, fixed-line, internet, and TV services
• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails (Sprinklr), and ticket systems
• Manage open cases and follow up on pending technical issues

• Create the Thompson Reuters (TR) templates and manage the annual creation of financial statements using TR
• Support the data gathering for US and statutory audits
• Prepare statistical reporting required on a quarterly and annual basis

• Completion of RFQ's from customers
• Processing customer spot orders
• Progressing any customer queries regarding outstanding orders
