• Development of complex testing technology and strategies (hardware/software) for optical sensors in accordance with the specification of the development order and in consultation with the project manager PLT

• You develop and validate product and transport packaging for sensors and accessories.
• You are responsible for creating packaging specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions in PLM/ERP systems.

• Create standard and ad-hoc reports
• Generate reports to provide answers to specific sales-related questions from upper management
• Work closely with sales teams to understand their data needs
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key sales metrics in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Ensure strong synergy between Manufacturing Engineering and Production Operations
• Drive service excellence in a 3-shift manufacturing environment
• Improve quality, speed and cost-efficiency of Maintenance & Service execution

• Lead and coach a customer service team of around 5–6 team members
• Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
• Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories
• Maintain close cooperation with sales, customers, and internal departments

• Ensuring the required quality of delivery parts / components (product and service)
• Ensuring the customer requirements on delivery parts / components
• Supports CM, Global SQE and Strategic Buyer to optimize supplier base
• Negotiate supplier quality agreements
• Reduction of failure costs
