• Verantwortung für die Gestaltung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der Weinkarte sowie des gesamten Getränkeangebots
• Fachkundige Beratung der Gäste zu Wein- und Getränkeauswahl inklusive Food-Pairings
• Durchführung von Weinservice auf höchstem Niveau inkl. Dekantieren, Temperieren und Präsentieren

• Führung des Café Teams sowie von reibungslosen und gastorientierten Arbeitsabläufen im Restaurant in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen des Hauses. 
• Überwachung und Koordination des täglichen Betriebs im Restaurant.

• Schaffung von MOWow-Momenten, die unsere Gäste überraschen und inspirieren.
• Übernahme sämtlicher Aufgaben und Schichten im Front Office und Guest Relation, einschließlich Check-in, Check-out, Kreditkartenbearbeitung, Beschwerdemanagement und Gästekorrespondenz.
