• Preparing the daily mise-en-place
• Professional care of our guests at the highest level as well as personal, guest-oriented advice

• Previous experience in a similar role in the catering or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in reservation management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Preferred knowledge about Radisson and ideally with the Emma PMS system
• Enthusiasm & a true team player
• Service oriented
• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required
• English and German speaking
• Willing to work evening & night shifts, including weekends & festive days

• Operating the telephone switchboard and performing basic administrative tasks
• Checking daily service reports
