• Conduct sales and application training for medical devices;
• Identify key decision makers, influencers, and gatekeepers in assigned accounts and develop an effective network;
• Anticipate future customer needs and deliver solutions by mobilizing the right internal resources and stakeholders;

Lead the acquisition of new manufacturing test-equipment (Statement of work, Request for quotation, supplier nomination, design reviews, Equipment acceptance at supplier) and ensure compliance with industrialization timing....

• Quality support for production processes
• Coordination of product and process qualification tests and sampling
• Handling claims related to released products and processes (internal, supplier, and customer)
• Analysis of defective pieces
