• Handles inquiries via email from customers and/or internal parties.
• Order management: order entry, price checking, order clearing compliant with Eaton's policies
• Complaint handling

• Achieve quota by ensuring license/product renewal accuracy and cross functional entitlement for customer support.
• Provide product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal.

• Ensure SLA targets are consistently met
• Support team members with ticket resolution, categorization, and prioritization
• Actively manage the floor, including call handling and ticket backlog management

• Based on long term relationship with customer, acts as first point of contact at order management, quotation preparations and invoicing
• Lead and review operational performance with the cross functions

• Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers’ enquiries within given timescales
• Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services
• Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
• Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures

• manage RFPs, tenders and proposals end-to-end
• occasionally engage with potential clients during the pre-sales phase
• handle CRM administration related to opportunities and bids
• coordinate the preparation of complex proposals
• support contract management and documentation processes

• Support the Finance and Accounting teams in daily operational activities
• Assist with data collection and preparation for country-level financial and statutory reporting
• Support handling of finance-related inquiries by gathering information and escalating to senior team members

• Respond to customer queries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilize customer and DHL systems to manage orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
