• Define and execute the product strategy for MOL’s digital loyalty platform
• Drive capability development, including personalization, gamification, mobility integration, and ecosystem features
• Shape long‑term product vision with senior stakeholders and translate business goals into product outcomes

• Managing and developing global treasury infrastructure, including in-house banking solutions and payment systems
• Execute monthly closing procedures of treasury instruments in the treasury management system

Market Expansion: Proactively identify and approach new B2B clients within Hungary, focusing on industrial sectors, legal firms, technology startups, and R&D organizations....

• Responsible for defined sales channels and respective P&L
• Manage bp branded SuperCards projects to further strengthen the product and drive simplification
• Closely work with key stakeholders in Customer Service, Marketing and with key suppliers to further drive customer experience and satisfaction

• Manage regional sales & supply and business development activities.
• Lead negotiations and develop partnerships in Wholesale and Into-Plane segments.
• Identify market needs and shape commercial approaches.
• Ensure high-level customer satisfaction across the region.
