• Leadership and organization of the global sales and distribution network
• Development and implementation of product- and/or region-specific sales strategies
• Full responsibility for budget, revenue, and margin targets, including forecasting, pricing, and commercial terms

• Drive new business development initiatives, including upselling and cross-selling with existing clients
• Contribute to strategic deal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities

• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-impact direct sales team within the healthcare market

• Coordinate alliance management activities and ensure adherence to contractual commitments
