• Manage and track sales orders from receipt to fulfillment.
• Provide customer support via phone and email, handling inquiries, orders, billing issues, and shipping information.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments such as printing, logistics, marketing, and finance.

• Managing assigned customer accounts in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards
• Identifying and resolving issues through root-cause analysis and ensuring timely follow-up
• Supporting system and process improvements
• Creating reports and monitoring customer orders

• Responsible for monitor and validate product data in induction system within agreed time frame (SLA) and defined quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Buyers and Suppliers to ensure all requests are processed on time

• Managing assigned customer accounts in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards
