Reporting to the After-Sales Services Customer Service Senior Manager, you ensure consistent After-Sales Services pricing and contribute to the development of commercial communications. • Frontline support for customers and OEM partners
• Commissioning of new detector systems, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs in-house and at the customer site

• Welcome and assist international VIP and UHNWI guests with discretion and professionalism
• Ensure smooth daily reception routines, including call and email handling in English and German
• Manage mail, courier deliveries, and correspondence

• Support and assist internal and external customers with technical inquiries
• Provide on-site technical consulting in Suisse romande, France, and occasionally in other European regions
• Support customers with product launches, system settings, application trials, and quality assurance measures
