• Responsible for retail areas
• Negotiate with customer to collect monthly installments from customers facing a problem of high arrears by using available technology while adhering to regulatory requirements
• Use negotiation tools to determine a customer's reason for delinquency

• You will create tailor-made trips for our U.S.-based customers and enable them to have unforgettable experiences — fully customized and personal.
• You'll take care of our U.S.-based customers, working mainly in the latter part of the day to align with their time zones.

• Technical support and training
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
• Providing advice during the customer onboarding process and as part of customer success management
• Software testing and evaluation of new MagiCAD versions
• Participating in the development of e-learning modules
