Reporting to the After-Sales Services Customer Service Senior Manager, you ensure consistent After-Sales Services pricing and contribute to the development of commercial communications. • Technical support and training
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
• Providing advice during the customer onboarding process and as part of customer success management
• Software testing and evaluation of new MagiCAD versions
• Participating in the development of e-learning modules

• Manage standard orders and periodic promotional orders across our European sales regions (France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, and the EMEA region)
• Take responsibility for coordinating the entire order-to-cash process
