• Answer customer incoming calls/chat/emails
• Enters orders into ERP system 
• Review and resolve blocked orders
• Upsell placing orders of danaaftermarket & Teccom and use of our portals.
• Past due customer communication
• EDI process knowledge and resolve ASN issues 

• Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
• Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories
• Maintain close cooperation with sales, customers, and internal departments
• Create credit/debit notes, handle complaints, expedite and stock-related tasks

Reporting to the After-Sales Services Customer Service Senior Manager, you ensure consistent After-Sales Services pricing and contribute to the development of commercial communications.
