• Beérkező reklamációk rögzítése és előzetes értékelése

• recording and administration
• gathering further information from the dealer network and competent departments and experts
• providing sales consultations to interested customers
• preparing and submitting customer information responses
• data clarification, customer satisfaction and event-related calls

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned B2B clients, handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
• Assist customers with contract-related matters, password resets, billing inquiries, and day-to-day service usage.

• Lead and coach the customer service team, conduct performance reviews, support onboarding
• Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
• Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories

• Receiving and processing customer orders (via email, ERP system, portal, etc.)
• Sending order confirmations and ensuring all details are correct (quantities, delivery dates, references)

• Reviewing and approving incoming warranty claims based on technical requirements
• Managing tickets from the dealerships
• Communicating with partners mainly in writing and helping resolving warranty related questions

• Provide best in class Customer Service to aircraft Owners, Operators, CAMOs, and Pilatus Authorized Service Centers
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to promote trust and long-term engagement.
