• Creation, processing and proactive follow-up of quotations across the full product portfolio
• Maintenance and administration of customer data, including acting as Key User for the relevant system
• Receiving and processing customer orders and monitoring the delivery process

• Customer support for electrical wholesalers in the assigned regions of Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Bremen and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
• Acquisition of new customers
• Market observation and analysis
• Responsibility for sales and margin results in the assigned sales area

• Business ownership: You drive revenue, margin and sustainable growth of the Polyurethane business across the DACH region.
• Sales strategy: You develop and execute the regional sales strategy in line with the European growth plan and expand the sales territory.

• Perform with an objective to achieve account action plans and reach sales and profit targets as defined in the annual sales plan in the specified accounts
• Monitor and coordinate services rendered by distributors and/or agent to ensure Customer satisfaction
