• Supervise daily operations in the production department while also working hands-on as an engineer
• Ensure timely completion of production tasks and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth transitions from earlier process stages (e.g., warehouse)

• Work closely with the Director Production Europe and with teams across Europe to gather, prepare, and analyze mission-critical data.
• Support the strategic and operational planning of production processes across 12 European centers, impacting over 1000 colleagues.

• Maintain a comprehensive register of all rework, retrofit, and modification activities for the BOXER vehicle and its variants.
• Track progress of open rework/retrofit tasks with industrial partners and suppliers, ensuring clear status visibility at all times.

• Leads the overall planning, and execution of project related activities and provides work direction to extended team members within the ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) organization. Makes sure that deliverables met in time.
• Represents ISC in Portfolio Core Team meetings
