• Perform daily business in technical and administrative aspects
• Support Production (Shift) Team Leaders to ensure appropriate skill level of production and SCM teams in all quality-related process aspects

• Conducting and scheduling internal and external system and process audits (ISO 9001,, and, as well as IATF), including customer audits
• Evaluating and maintaining data for the environmental management system
• Tracking of CIP, measures from audits and their effectiveness

• Preparation of production facility for underwater equipment.
• Manufacturing and finishing of parts to be used in products.
• Development of manufacturing aids based on OEM descriptions.
• Incoming goods inspection and quality control of internally manufactured goods.

Support the definition and execution of End-to-End test and validation activities for Vehicle Access Systems (e.g., Smart Access, Digital Key) and related systems such as Child Presence Detection....

• Provides direct supervision, resolves personnel issues, conducts performance evaluations, and performs managerial discipline, as necessary.
• Directly reports to include quality control supervisors.

• Responsible for receiving incoming green coffee samples
