Programmer manager állások, munkák termeléstervező/gyártástervező kategóriában

• A csapatába tartozó termeléstervezők irányítása, fejlesztése (3-4 fő)
• A termelési- és vevői igény teljeskörű kontrollja a hozzá dedikált területen
• Tervektől való eltérés monitorozása, eltérés esetén eszkalálás, illetve javító intézkedések meghozatala

• Homlokzati és beltéri nyílászáró termékportfóliónk kezelése, fejlesztése és menedzselése
• Kapcsolattartás a gyártóüzemmel és országos bolthálózatunkkal
• Beérkező megrendelések feldolgozása, gyártási lapok elkészítése és gyártásba adása
• Részvétel a termelési folyamatok optimalizálásában

• Support the development and implementation of global sourcing and category strategies for assigned subcategories within Finished Products.
• Manage, evaluate, and continuously develop international suppliers within the responsible subcategories.

• Manage, control, and maintain technical data, material masters, bills of materials, and version statuses in ERP and PLM systems
• Ensure the up-to-dateness, correctness, and traceability of documentation for all product configurations—from development to series production

• Ensure our Markranstädt factory can produce according to targets.
• Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve production goals.
• Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines.
• Report on the performance of manufacturing operations.

• Research and understand markets, users, and competitors to inform product decisions.
• Define product requirements in close collaboration with engineering.
• Lead and coordinate product compliance topics for our hardware portfolio (certifications, documentation, standards, legal requirements).
