• Receive & enter order into processing system and confirm shipments
• Keeping Customers updated on the status of their Purchase Orders.
• Follow -up on deliveries of products with Logistics

• Answering guest requests, questions, and concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication platforms
• Operating the hotel switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate department or extension
• Processing wake-up calls and guest messages accurately and in a timely manner

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, storage, maintenance, retrieval, and archiving in full compliance with data security requirements
• Monitor and manage performance against key performance indicators (e.g., customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, transactional accuracy)

• Acting as the first point of contact (SPOC) for end-users, providing support for IT-related issues
• Delivering technical assistance via email, chat, phone, and ITSM tools
• Supporting customers in the contracted languages (English and German)
