• Process and manage customer orders for our Austrian production facility
• Act as the main interface between customers and internal departments (production, planning, logistics)
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, delivery dates, and product availability

• Ensure accurate and timeous capturing and execution of customer's sales orders
• Provide first line support to customer inquiries, resolve customer queries timeously
• Enhance customer experience through customer service

• Managing assigned customer cases, including periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis and execution of repairs
• Installing new systems and performing site surveys, followed by training and clear guidance to the customer

• Handle all aspects of order management, including order entry, processing, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate fullfilment
• Prepare and issue quotations for customers, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with company policies

• Create and send order confirmations to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Build strong operational relationships by proactively informing and engaging with customers.
• Gather customer forecasts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy

• Act as a central back-office support function for sales teams and customers across multiple markets
• Provide operational support to sales teams, including order entry, order follow-up, and coordination with internal departments

• You are a native German speaker & business fluent in written and spoken English
