• Install, maintain, and repair X-ray inspection systems at customer sites
• Perform upgrades and deliver hands-on training to customers
• Generate detailed service documentation, including reports and protocols
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommended service solutions

• Processing orders
• Managing order related issues to enable delivery to customers on time in full and to invoice accurately
• Handling special queries, urgencies with continuous professional communication with our existing customers and stakeholders
• Handling queries to meet customer expectations

Corporate customer visits: As a FELFEL Customer Merchant you independently visit FELFEL locations at companies across Switzerland in our FELFEL e-vans. You are the FELFEL face on site for our customers....

• Frontline support for customers and OEM partners
• Commissioning of new detector systems, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs in-house and at the customer site
