• Establishing and guiding multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic direction and handling day-to-day execution and communication

• Recruit, train and Develop materials organization as to meet all launch gateways and milestones.
• Meet all pre-series events and milestones with zero disruption to customer (production).
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction, prepare perfect SOP for successor projects.

• Production supply: managing components and materials required for production and ensuring timely delivery to the manufacturing floor.
• Packaging & shipping: organizing packaging, storage, and outbound shipments of locally produced components to customers.

• Lead procurement activities for specified categories under the responsibility of the assigned groups
• Conduct supplier market analysis, benchmark pricing, and negotiate contracts with global and local suppliers
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost.

• Convert objectives from Operations Managers into an OPS implementation plan with objectives and delegation of tasks  
• Analyse & Provide innovative solutions to service issues – ask WHY!

• Performance Management: Prepare sourcing activity reports, achieve KPIs and savings targets, and proactively address issues.
• Plan-to-Strategy: Monitor market trends, innovations, and technology developments; implement category strategies; contribute to annual procurement planning.

• Support and execute the company’s logistics and transportation strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of transportation and warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and reliability
