• Manage the orders and the documentation in SAP S4/HANA, from order, to delivery and invoicing
• Monitor seed stock levels (by hybrid/variety) and ensure availability
• Plan and organize deliveries (with partner companies) to end customers

• Processing and/or coordinating all orders administratively
• Monitoring delivery times to ensure that operations in the production departments do not come to a standstill.
• Gathering information and providing information about (new) products to company staff.

• Responsibility for production logistics operation, planning and utilization of all capacities
• Leadership of whole organization (aprox. 200 employees, through 10-15 Team Leaders and 5-6 Supervisors)
• You will be the first point of contact in client communication.

• Organizing and monitoring international road transportation shipments
• Daily communication with existing Hungarian and international carriers/subcontractors
• Developing new carrier partnerships and expanding the subcontractor network
• Communication with customers and business partners

• Handle end-to-end international air and ocean shipments according to SEH instructions.
• Maintain continuous communication between purchasers and freight forwarders.
• Track daily shipment movements and check previous-day arrivals.

• Implementing the internal DHL Operations Management System (OMS)
• KPI/PPI tree implementation
• Collaborating on projects directly with customers
• Supporting the configuration and maintenance of the system for measuring productivity and resource planning

• Coordination between hatchery, sales, and logistics teams
• Keeping contact with sales team and customers
• Responding and recording claims
• Supervision of orders’ documentation and invoicing
• Keeping contact with official authorities (Chamber of Agriculture, Custom Office, Official Veterinarian)

• Full execution of tenders, price indexations, and RFX processes.
• Conducting market benchmarks and identifying alternative suppliers.
• Leading sourcing projects and managing multi round tender processes.
• Participating in logistics development projects (e.g., modernization of forklift fleets). 

• Prepare outgoing orders in our warehouse. (Picking, scanning, packaging.)
• Receive deliveries, communicate with clients and carriers, track shipments, and manage inventory in the logistics system
• Supervise warehouse stock handling
• Coordinate the transport and storage of products and materials

• Verification of the completeness of the work packages and work records after the maintenance has been performed
• Transmission of maintenance records to the aircraft operator and archiving of maintenance records

• Shadowing different operational roles at various sites, shadowing business development, solution design and operations excellence teams
• Learn operational and functional procedures with the support of a mentor

• Cost improvement activities - lead high level negotiations and deliver supply agreements to attain the annual targets.
• Conduct assessment of the supply market, apply industry best practices and sourcing opportunities: business trends, market conditions, supplier cost structure and benchmarks, etc.

• Operational management and supervision of the internal processes of production planning, purchasing, inventory management and warehouse management
• Manage local transportation processes (RM, PM) and optimize plant inventory levels
• Ensure timely availability of raw and pack materials

Responsible for a product/product family supply plan development and implementation, participate in S&OE planning decision-making, manage the product supply ability and identify the key risks, balance the supply and demand....

•  Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Distribution Orders (DO) in line with operational procedures and supply-demand requirements
• Execute planning activities (e.g., rescheduling, action messages) to ensure material availability and optimize inventory levels

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative processes
• Assist with purchasing activities, supplier communication, and order tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in terms of warehouse management, purchasing or operations
