• Coordinating order fulfillment with the supply chain and sending the final order confirmation to the customer/subsidiary
• Change management and tracking order status

• Working with the JDE system in a customer service context
• Receiving, processing, and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitoring order status and proactively communicating updates or delays to customers

• Lead SIOP & MPS: Manage monthly SIOP and weekly MPS meetings to align production with plant objectives.
• Master Scheduling: Define and review end-item schedules to balance high delivery performance with optimal inventory levels.

• Integrate customer orders into the system
• Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations
• Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues
