• Managing, coordinating, and instructing drivers who are currently available and ready for assignments.
• Planning and organizing driver assignments based on individual skills and competencies.
• Handling daily operational matters related to drivers and resolving arising issues.

• Lead and organize the pâtisserie at the highest level – from à la carte and banquets to afternoon tea and innovative dessert creations
• Develop and implement creative, seasonal dessert concepts while incorporating current trends and maintaining top-quality standards

Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all dishes in line with recipes, plating guides, and Head Chef/Sous Chef instructions, meeting guest expectations and dietary needs....

• Preparation and cooking of high quality pastries, confectionery and desserts
• Working directly with the patisserie team to ensure smooth workflows during a shift
• Assisting with setting up and dismantling the dessert buffets
• Compliance with all guidelines and proper storage of all food and raw materials

• Design and implement menus that fit the requirements of Savoy Brasserie & Bar, In Room Dining, Banquet and 1838 Rooftop Bar as set out by the Executive Chef
• Co-ordinate with other areas with regards to menu implementation

• Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of events
• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows during a shift

• Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Providing warm, attentive, and professional service at the bar and lounge area
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with guests in a natural and friendly manner
