• Unterstützung des Chef de Partie auf der zugewiesenen Küchenstation
• Vorbereitung (Mise en Place) und Zubereitung von Speisen nach Anleitung
• Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)

• Prepare the daily mis-en-place, cook, and serve all recipe dishes from section according to brand standards
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
• Minimize wastage through correct preparation levels, stock control and portioning

Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all dishes in line with recipes, plating guides, and Head Chef/Sous Chef instructions, meeting guest expectations and dietary needs....

• Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
• Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of events
• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows during a shift
• Compliance with all guidelines and proper storage of all food
